ISO TENTS &OTHER THINGS

As we all know, the city does not supply enough adequate housing nor affordable housing therefore some folks are homeless. With self experience with homelessness and sleeping outside, when getting the opportunity to sleep inside of a tent, I would rather that than be subjected to the elements (rain/wind/snow/cold etc) thankfully now i have my own place. Now i want to try and help others whom are experiencing homelessness with collecting donations of items and also donations of $. I will be handing all items and $ over to the lovely support group "ESN" who helped me with so much during my struggles. Please make sure that you follow the bracketed requirements and recommendations for each listed item. If there are things you want to donate that are not listed, feel free to send a message and we can go on from there. Thank you in advance and let's help those experiencing homelessness with things to help ease their struggle.

• Tents of any size( must have all pieces and no holes or tears)
• tarps of any size (no holes or tears)
• emergency blankets (no holes or tears)
• socks (new)
• snacks (granola bars, beverages, protein shakes, bread, sandwich meats, mayo etc)
• blankets (no holes and cleaned)
• flashlights (also batteries)
• duct tape/electrical tape -ropes/twine
• gloves for colder months
• sweaters and jackets (cleaned no holes please)
• pants/shorts (no holes and cleaned) -underwear (new/ no holes/clean)
• hygiene supplies (toothbrush,toothpaste, deodorant, soap, pads,tampons etc)
• sunscreen -fly spray/insect repellent/bug nets etc -shoes (no holes) -sunglasses
• art supplies (paints,markers,pens,paper, canvas etc)
• cat food/dog food (unopened and not expired)
• backpacks (no holes, working zippers)
• raingear
• garbage bags/ziploc bags -first aid supplies (non expired and unopened) -gift cards ( pc, grocery store, prepaid visas, dollarama,walmart etc)
• $ (any amount to purchase items when needed when low inventory)
• anything else you would like to donate
