Battery unit from China--never used

I ordered this device from China, thinking of setting up a phone charging station in the art gallery I used to run, but it proved a bit complicated. You need to buy their app for about $10K and configure it for yourself, or be added to someone else's working app and pay them commissions–this is what I've been told by the sales rep. The components inside cannot be easily removed, but if they could be taken out, it might be possible to use it for remote phone charging. If you can use it, take it for free! I still have contact info of who I bought it from in case you want to communicate and sort out potential setup with them.
