SEALED/UNSEALED David's Tea Peach Tea (H3Z)

2 boxes are sealed but the boxes got a bit smooshed, led to some the the tear part of the cardboard to open.

One box is unsealed BUT all 12 packets are included and are sealed.

Pick up near Westmount High School (H3Z-1R1) if driving or Atwater station if you are coming by metro.
