sheep yogurt, freshly arrived in BC this week from Secret Lands Farm in Ontario. For those who enjoy high-quality, homemade, all-organic yogurt, this is a great choice. If you are intolerant to store-bought dairy products like I am, you will love this yogurt It has an excellent composition of fats from fully grass-fed, pasture-raised sheep. The yogurt is fermented using Bifidus and Lactobacillus cultures from Europe.

Personally, I cannot tolerate any dairy product here in North America. Growing up in Eastern Europe, I consumed a lot of dairy, especially fermented types. Even now, when I visit Europe, I can eat as much fermented dairy as I want. However, upon returning, I find even organic, grass-fed yogurts intolerable. I was thrilled to discover this product, which I not only tolerate but also feel great consuming.

I'm selling it at the same price as the official farm website, and I receive fresh shipments every week. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns. However, if you want to try it first, I can sell smaller portions at a lower price. This way, if it doesn't work for you, it won't go to waste.

Another aspect I love about this product is its packaging. It comes in glass jars, which aligns with my efforts to reduce plastic waste. I hope the farm will introduce a reuse program for these jars, but in the meantime, I appreciate their commitment to using glass. Most butters on the market come in wrappers containing harmful chemicals, making this butter a healthier alternative.

As for the taste, it may be an acquired taste for some due to its unprocessed nature and unique fatty acid composition, including some omegas and primarily alpha-linoleic acids. Despite this, I find it to be the best-tasting butter I've ever tried. I usually just spread a bit on my food to preserve its vitamin D and K2 content, which is very important.

I'm not a promoter; I simply want to share this product with health-conscious and environmentally conscious individuals who care about well-cared-for ani--als and small artisan businesses. I receive small batches weekly, so availability may vary. Please don't hesitate to reach out, and we can always work something out.

Thank you so much, and here is the link to the farm's website if you would like to speak to the farmers—they are amazing and very caring people.
