Free Creative 5.1 Computer Speaker System With Issues For Tinkering Or Hacky Use
Old system that I haven't used in years. It's usable but there are a couple things wrong with it.
(1) something wrong with at least one of the rear speaker outputs in the amp that's built into the subwoofer. When I last used this, I split the signal from the front R/L outputs to compensate, not using the rear speaker outputs, which means not proper surround sound. If you want to use it that way, I can try to find the two splitter adapter cables.
(2) the volume adjuster knob is worn out, but (a) probably an easy generic part replacement to fix, and (b) can circumvent by not fiddling with it, using only computer-based volume control.
