XL Everlane Uniform Tshirt

Brand new with tags, men’s XL Everlane tshirt (organic cotton crew). Does not fit my partner’s height, better fit for a shorter torso it seems. It measures approx 23.35” from the low point of the neck/collar to the bottom of the shirt, if that helps.
