WANTED: Metal Coat Rack / Stand (please read description)

We are looking for 3 or 4 metal coat racks / stands.
We are looking for a very specific style of coat rack (see the pictures).
We don't want coat racks with big hooks/arms.
We also don't want coat racks where the arms are fixed and unattachable.
We are using them to turn them into banner stands for our farmers' markets.
