From what I can discern, Lavrillier is a French silver manufacturer. Beautiful detail on this piece. Reads “Virgo” and “Immaculata,” Catholic motifs on both sides

I believe this coin to be ‘coin silver,’ .800.

Possibly from the 1940’s-1950’s, perhaps even earlier, weighs 10.70 g
