Strap is removable, and you can prop up the handle strap (as seen in second photo) to use it as a really mini purse. Strap is not adjustable. Snap closure. First compartment fits coins. Second compartment fits phone. Third compartment fits cards, and it also has an area for bills just underneath. Worn a few times but fairly new, and in perfect condition.
