bought new, worn once by original owner, freshly dry cleaned and then given to me. i was considering wearing it someday but i decided against it because i have enough dresses. The brand is Prose & Poetry. Made in USA with imported fabric. Size small on the tag. Fits like a xs/small/m. choice to wear it with the fabric belt or not tags have been cut. one photo featured was grabbed from another persons ad for the same dress. a light tiny dot of a stain somewhere along the ruffled layered near the bottom, see photo.
