Short Term Roommate Wanted!

Urgent offer! Room is available for June 1st to 15th on the top floor in 2 story apartment. The whole apartment is bright and cosy. The rent is $550 all inclusive. And when I say all inclusive, I mean it! It includes: Utilities, internet, laundry for 2 times a week, and a temporary one parking spot is included if you need one.

The room comes with the closet which is a shelf style, and you will get another closet in the hallway, this one is a regular hanging style. There is a large size balcony/terrace through the other bedroom (currently mine), and I keep the bedroom door always open unless I am in bed, so you are welcome to use it anytime without asking. (Allowed to smoke on the balcony if you do so. Sorry not smoking inside.)

You are going to live with 3 friendly fluffy sweet cats, so if you are a cat lover, your daily fix is always there. If you love them, they will love you more ❤️

Potentially you can sublet the whole apartment from June 15th until End of August or Sep 15th. Both bedrooms are exactly the same size.

Cats and small animals (rabbits, birds, rats, etc) are welcome, sorry no dogs due to the landlord’s preference.

A little bit about me: I am a musician, and environmentally conscious, especially trying my best to decrease plastic garbage so if you are a like minded, it is a bonus!
