Tagged size L but fits more like a size M. Peter Pan collar, ruffle placket, puff sleeves... in a vibrant turquoise/navy/white plaid, what more could you want! The little black buttons are grouped together in twos (they are functional), which I think is so cute. Ties in the back. Cotton.
