Off The Shoulder Dress

Condition: Good Size: S Soft fabric, stretchy band at the top holds it in place. Looks great with a hat and summer sandals. Fun summer vacation dress. Some slight color change on top of the sleeves (see photo, not that noticeable), maybe from the sun? 🤔
