Milliner Cloche Black Hat

EUC wool & cashmere blocked milliner hat. Approximately a size 54 /7.5 I tried my best to measure it! I'm a size 58 and it's too small for me sadly. Beautiful black leather band on the outside. It has a slight asymmetric angle to it. This was a very expensive gift and I can't wear it, I have a huge head 🤦🏻‍♀️
