Mermaid Costume Or Prom Dress

Blue sequined prom dress/evening gown. Size small. Would be perfect for a mermaid costume. I wore this once for Under The Sea themed Fake Prom and felt so glamorous! Dress is in excellent vintage condition, has all its sequins.
