Long summer flowy skirt

White and black polka dots slowly start. Has an elastic waistband so we can fit different sizes. I would estimate that it can fit from an extra small to a large. Because of the flowy material, it is perfect for places like Montreal Summers where it can get very humid. This is very comfortable and you can even ride a bike with it
