Handmade In Tanzania Cocktail Dress XS/XXS

Had this dress handmade for me when I was in East Africa but my body was in tiny traveller mode at the time so it doesn't fit me anymore. Never worn. Picky trade as it is quite sentimental, please check my ISO or offer me BTZ!
