Gorgeous silk formal dress from Nordstrom size 2

Beautiful deep teal/ blue formal dress that is kneeling. Officially size 2, though can fit some smaller size And up to size 4. Dresses made 100% silk and the beadwork is completely done by hand. A statement dress!
The silver scarf with crystal work is not included but if you're interested let me know.
Purchased from Nordstrom in the USA for 250 USD. Hoping for a value of 150 OBO.
