Colorful Peplum-esque Shirt

Size small f21. Would also fit a medium. It was actually a high low dress that I altered to turn into a shirt. I'm learning how to sew so just re-vamping existing clothes. This was altered on a professional sewing machine so even though I'm learning it's not a hack job! I don't think I remember wearing this as a dress so it's in pristine condition. The cloth is a little see through though.
