Brand New Cerulean Blue Wrap Dress (Size 2 - XS/S)

Brand new wrap dress with tie detailing that comes in a gorgeous cerulean blue colour and has a sheen to the material that gives it an elegant flair. It has complementary bell sleeves that also tie up. It is a size 2 and would fit an extra small ideally, but worn open as a duster it would fit up to a size small as well. It is good quality material and can be worn on almost any occasion, including work and a variety of functions - both casual and a bit semi-formal. It is a bit of a mini dress, so it would be ideal for a petite woman if the setting is more professional.
