Black floral skirt by Japanese brand Blue Ocean. Warm and wooly-feeling but it’s 95% cotton, 5% synthetic.

32cm flat across the waist without tugging on the elastic. The elastic will be able to give you some extra room before it gets uncomfortable, but don’t push it too hard. About 46cm long.
