Black 70s Dress

A gorgeous flowy disco frock, fully polyester and beautifully sparkly. Would best fit a size 14-18 (it's quite spacious). I am a very short person and it hits me mid calf, I would say on an average height human it would be knee length. Looks really cute when you twirl! Looking for a $15 value.
