Beautiful Long Not Flowy Dress

90s dress. Makes u look more together than u are. Short sleeve, beautiful fabric. Long. I'm 5'10 and it hits mid calve (calf? Ugh.) I can't button it up (dont MaKe me say it!), so I wear it like a kimono. But if u small, like a size 6 or 8, and button it up it'll b fly.
