Adorable Vintage Peter Pan Collar Dress

Bought this in a vintage shop in New Zealand for my best friend but alas realized it is too small for her. No size tag but would fit 2-6, the waist is slightly tight but doable on me and I have a 28” waist. Zipper up the back. Someone wear this adorable thing!!
