Fabric Softeners

I don't know what these are or how to use them (isn't fabric already soft?). Both open and over 75% full. Would love to trade for other consumables/housekeeping products more suitable for a person with minimal textile expertise. Also open to something else from my ISO list, or something I can use from your profile.
