Good reads for social distancing: David Chariandy’s Brother (2017)
Time to fill up that reading list for the next couple weeks! I’m trading a handful of barely-used titles from contemporary Canadian and International authors. We can trade while distancing — we can set up a time and I’ll leave the book in my lobby for you (located in Annex near Bloor and Bathurst)! Or we can wait til things smooth over a little.
David Chariandy’s Brother is a perfectly heartbreaking Toronto-based book on growing up Black in the GTA suburbs. Almost new condition with a few notes on the pages from use for a university class.
Looking for very little in return! A tall can, a pack of Kleenex, whatever ya got.
