Super Old Tape Dispenser

This is a very old and very heavy tape dispenser made of some sort of metal. There's a bit of rust on the bottom and an original Scotch tape sticker on the inside. It weighs a ton. I never used it, just had it for decor. The blade is still quite sharp though. Measures about 2" across by 5" long. Did I mention it's heavy?
