Vintage Piece, Beaded Find

I got this on St Denis while thrifting in 2003. It is a beautiful piece of beadwork and I never wore it. Please take it and love it. Needs a small repair here or there but is overall is good condition and so intricate. ISOs for this include my cat's veterinary diet food, amazon gc, an indoor bike rack that hangs from the wall, a dehumidifier. Or let me know
