Thought I was an original chef by changing the recipe and putting in the work of unshelling the pumpkin seeds 🤪 only put in the oven for 3 mins
It has a bit of a burnt taste but I’ve been using it on top of my soups
If you followed me earlier yes the pumpkin seeds in the background are from the premature pumpkin 🎃 🔪😂 third time’s a charm
About a cup of two pumpkin’s seeds worth if anyone wants a crunch to their salads. If you are concerned with social distancing that’s ok I’d thought I post about ending the pumpkin saga finally 😅
