HONEYWELL CONTROL & FLYING DUTCHMAN 1955 Pre Print Advertisement BLEED SHEET AD

Here is a different advertising item. This advertisement is a 'pre print' or bleed sheet if you will, before the ad was put to print in newspapers or magazines. Sort of like a final copy prior to publication. I am pretty sure this piece is a one of a kind. It is printed on gloss paper. As you can see, the ad is smaller than the sheet it is printed on. Hence bleed sheet. The page measures 12" in height and is 8.5" wide. The ad was for Honeywell round thermostat controls that were featured in the Flying Dutchman Motel in Kitchener Ontario. This ad was slated for print in different publications and was produced, and signed at the bottom, by Cockfield, Brown and Company out of Toronto. I picked up a few of different themes, some had the year on them, and they were all dated 1955 and 1956. This piece would be a knock out in an office at home or business, or anywhere else for that matter, perhaps a great find for any hotel or motel collection, MCM people? In excellent condition for its age as seen. Picked these up at a vintage estate sale years ago. What you see is what you will receive.
