Handmade Mermaid Costume

Mermaid costume bustier top. Just need bottoms, a sparkly skirt or tights maybe? Made this beauty for Halloween years ago and it's sadly time to part with it. Made using recycled material and real shells. Comes with lots of netting. I hand painted the bustier so definitely one of a kind! Fits a size Xtra small or small. Bra size in pictures. I did use bra extenders the last time I wore it and worked fine so it may be able to fit a medium.
