Crunchy Crust Homemade Bread!

My mom used to make us bread every other weekend, now I'm trying to recreate the recipe and do the same. I'd call myself a delusional bread enthusiast, my gang would call me just delusional. Still, no one can resist the crunchy crust!

Let me know if you're up for some freshly baked loaf (on Wednesdays or Fridays), I'd gladly make a bit more than I usually do.

Old school hand mixed, no fancy machinery.

Ingredients: water, salt, a tiny bit of honey, bit of olive oil, flour and yeast. Oh, and most important — always done with music playing in the background.

Non dairy, full of gluten. Happy to alter for vegans (use sugar instead of honey). Note: My home is not nut-free!
