Roommate Wanted: Queen West Soulful Pad

It's a sweet large 12x15 room with walk in closet and a half washroom (private). The main washroom has the shower and it is shared.

My lovely buddy-roommate is moving to Australia, so the fairly new bed and some room furniture is also up for grabs. Otherwise, room can come unfurnished.

Inside, the apartment has everything a city-girl could want in a restful home - a cozy spacious living room with lots of plant-life, kitchen, little balcony and basement laundry in building. The apartment is furnished.

Outside, all the delights of Queen West, Parkdale/Oss Village living - food, cafes, galleries, concert venues, Trinity Bellwoods Park, brewery and bus/tram lines.

Monthly rent is $954, all inclusive with sweet internet. First and last month's rent deposit is required. Available: Feb 4th, possibly a tad later. No short-term (under 9month rentals) please.
