Newish Hairdryer That May Work

I only used this hairdryer a few times before my heater melted some of the plastic off the cord (3rd pic). It’s been stored away for a while as I’ve been too scared to plug it in and test it. Someone with more electrical knowledge may be able to test and repair it!
