Variegated Rubber Tree Plant

Happy little variegated rubber tree in a 4” nursery pot. Decorative planter optional. Can tolerate medium to bright indirect sunlight. Direct light may burn its leaves. Water after soil is dry down 1-2 inches. This guy has one leaf with a cut and a brown leaf tip as shown in the last photo but otherwise healthy and happy. Will come freshly sprayed with horticultural oil to prevent/ kill pests. Pick up preferred
