Book against verbal abuse

I dated an a-hole, must read. Good condition with four pages highlighted. Legitimately I planned to highlight the parts, which is basically the whole book, how an a-hole of an ex-boyfriend is verbally abusive and shocking how they just can't see it. I knew it was happening and I needed a read to confirm what I know and wanted to prove to him, but it's not worth your time reasoning with them, but it truly is a good reinforcing read what you already know to confirm they are a-holes. It's a good read to know you're not crazy and identify the phrases, comments and condescending comments they make towards you and the temper tantrum tangents they pull their stunts to get their way. There is no rhyme or reason and do not give into the short-range nice phases. They are expert manipulators at turning on charm when they need, then know how to control when doors are closed. They are a-holes and even more so white collar professional a-holes are abusive too. From an arm chair psychologist I've done enough reading and research in the matter of a-holes. No judgements here read the book. Get out if you need. End rant. Excellent condition. I ended up buying on audio to listen instead.
