Winter Hardy Cactus

Love the colours, just find I hesitate handling this plant a lot and it may get more appreciation in another home.

I believe this is an opuntia? The colour got this extra from being on a drafty south facing window sill, as some cacti/succulents do. It’s in a nursery pot sitting in this terracotta, open to including it as well.
