Succulent Propagation Medium

I have a ton of extra Coco peat / Coco coir I can't use up. It has successfully propogated more than 70 % of the succulent leaves I put in.

I purchased a brick of dehydrated Coco peat from Amazon. After adding water, it expanded to a size much larger than what I needed. If you're into succulent propagating, please take some off my hands, free of charge! I can meet up at union station or a major subway station with some coordination.
