Beautiful Guelph home! 70 Glasgow st south... 3 bedroom home plus spare room (small den) has laundry, dishwasher, backyard with a barbecue,unfinished cleared out basement (great for music must be okay with musicians I play drums!) huuuuge beautiful common area with big bright windows and plenty of storage. 2 bathroom one with a claw foot tub! Rent comes out to roughly $565 plus utilities will probably be 600$each a month. Looking for lovely humans who want a home, and have fun with their roomies!
