I'm looking for one roommate to join me in my quiet apartment in the heart of bustling downtown Toronto.

You'll be in a wonderfully preserved heritage building, yet only two blocks away from one of Toronto's main intersections, Yonge and Bloor. From here, everything is a stone's throw away. Get to the University of Toronto or Ryerson University within 10 minutes, and most of the rest of downtown (CN Tower, Kensington Market, Little Italy...) within 20 minutes.

Kitchen and bathroom are shared; the kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, and rice cooker.

The apartment includes air conditioning and a fireplace. Utilities and internet are included; there are ‘coin’ laundry machines in the building.
