Roommate for May 1st wanted - Bedroom w/ensuite in 2BR apt @ Yonge&Eg [$1,500, all utils + internet]

Looking for someone to sublet the master bedroom in a 2 br 2 bathroom apartment at Yonge and Eglinton, ideally starting May 1st. Current lease runs until Dec 2020 but I have every intention of renewing thereafter.

The bedroom is 9'5" x 11'6", has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, large mirrored closet and gets lots of light. Pictures are for illustration only, the room will be available unfurnished. The apartment itself is furnished with modern appliances, a huge fridge, dishwasher etc.

The building is brand new, with gym and pool facilities opening as soon as it's safe to do so. The location is 10 mins walk from Eglinton station, steps from a Loblaws and LCBO in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

I'm a 33 year old male from the UK, working in the healthcare field (research). I'm very friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of space, noise levels, and sleep schedules etc. Looking for someone similarly responsible and ideally around my age but am flexible. I've also lived happily with both men and women and can provide character references if desired.

Obviously due to the ongoing pandemic I will not be doing in-person showings but I'm happy to video call with people and show the place that way.

$1500 /mo. includes, heat, hydro, water and unlimited high-speed fibre Internet. Underground parking can be added for an extra ~$200 /mo.
