Looking for a quiet, clean and responsible roommate for a LARGE two bedroom parket near St.Clair and Dufferin. Air conditioning in the summer is provided in the unit. Not included in the pictures is a small cozy balcony out back. This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three story building and is conveniently located above a fantastic convenient store. Parks, Gym, Shopping, TCC and groceries are all within walking distance of the apartment.

I am looking for someone to move into the apartment Aug 1st. The rent for the bedroom and unit are $950. Hydro, Gas and internet are not included and would have to be split in the cost.
