Room for rent available August 1st, located at Coxwell and Gerrard, in the Beaches area. 2 minute walk from NoFrills, TTC streetcar, GoodLife, breweries, etc. 15 minute walk to Woodbine Beach. Street parking with permit or Green P 5 minute walk.

$ 1,200 per month (including internet). Utilities an extra $ 40-100 in colder months.

The room for rent is on the second floor of a fully detached house, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Backyard shared with basement tenant. Washer / dryer, gas stove, large fridge included.

We are two male roommates who currently share the common areas. Both work downtown typically, but not since the COVID-19 lockdown. Both clean, respectful, social and easy going people. Ideally we are looking for someone similar.
