Unit: May 1st, or ASAP. Room for rent, in a large, clean, bright, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on a quiet street in the Queen/King West neighbourhood.

Price: $1150/month, all utilities, TV and internet included, including access to building amenities when they open again (gym, lounge, party room, theatre, etc.).

Room can be furnished or unfurnished (both pictured) with a double or queen-sized bed, nightstand, lamp, clothes hangers, and shelf, etc. if required.

Free overnight guest parking, underground, and a treet parking options are available as well.

Rent Control: Unit was used for residential purposes prior to November 15th 2018.

Location: Queen/King West, Lisgar and Sudbury Street.

Amazing area, close to everything (streetcar, parks, the lake, entertainment, groceries, etc.).

Lease terms: This is a roommate search, month-to-month, for ideally 3+ months for up to 1+ years. You will be required to sign a roommate agreement with myself (the leaseholder), and you will direct monthly rental payments towards me.

Hi there!

The room is fairly large, with amazing windows/views, fits a queen/king bed, dresser, nightstand, etc., and has a large closet.

You will be living with two professional and friendly folks. We have a 9-5 lifestyle during the week, and usually spend the evenings relaxing and doing our own things. We also love having a glass of wine, playing board games, watching the occasional show, etc. with our roommates- but also are totally cool if you want to do your own thing.

We are looking for someone who is clean, nice, respectful and responsible.

You have access to all shared spaces in the apartment, and will have your own storage areas in the kitchen and washroom (you’ll be sharing the washroom with 1 other person only).

The roommate agreement will include the following key points:

• Cleaning up after yourself. You’ll only be responsible for your own tidiness (dishwasher and ensuite laundry are in the unit).

• Guests are welcome, but no house parties or overnight guests in the common areas; overnight guests must stay in your room. There is a party room on the main floor for use if needed.

• No smoking inside the house, and no illegal drug use.
