Master room for rent in downtown Toronto

Hi, we’re renting our master room out to another friendly and down to earth individual. The room is very spacious, it’s attached to it’s own private bathroom (shower and tub included) as well as your own private balcony. The condo unit itself is very open as well, has a solarium, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living room. There is laundry in the unit, so no need to worry. You’ll also be in the core of downtown Toronto, directly in front of the waterfront and a five minute walk to union station. In addition, you’ll be living directly in front of a sobeys, and there is a walk-in clinic attached to the condo. It is at a very accessible location, equipped with an indoor/outdoor pool and gym.

You’ll be sharing the condo with two other girls, both mature and working females. We’re very friendly and looking for someone who is down to earth.
