I Bake Part One!

If anyone wants to trade for baked goods, let me know! I don't do anything fancy but I do delicious!

I bake a damn good cheesecake, chocolate cupcake and classic almond biscotti.

I also like baking double chocolate cookies, a variety of pies and poundcake, and Italian stuff like the aforementioned biscotti, classic pizzelles (although you might have to fight my dad for those 😆), and Abruzzese specialty cookies on occasion like tarallucci.

I'm not really taking requests per se. It's more of a timing thing. If I happen to be baking at the time we're looking to trade with one another, I'd be happy to make extra/set some aside for trading.

It's all from scratch and I use good ingredients because I have a raging sweet tooth and I don't skimp when feeding my addiction 😆

I'm lucky enough that I can eat everything so I bake with traditional flour, use white sugar, and bake with eggs, nuts and dairy.

4. Triple berry pie (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
5. Gooey and rich chocolate chocolate chunk cookies
6. Lemon poundcake with lemon glaze
7. Chocolate chocolate chip pound cake
8. Classic cheesecake with a graham and amaretti crust, topped with a layer of lemon mousse and finished with lemon curd
