I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting June 1 (but have flexibility to begin earlier). The lease ends in Oct. Rent is $1600/month + utilities (~$50-80/ month). This is 1 bedroom for rent in a large 3 bedroom condo (1600sf) on the 54th floor overlooking Lake Ontario and located in the heart of the financial district. The room comes furnished with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom + shower. Laundry is in the unit. There is also a full gym, hot tub, pool and sauna on the 2nd floor.
