Location: Conveniently located at on Dundas Street West between Bathurst and Spadina. A short walk from Bathurst (511), College (506) and Spadina (510) streetcar and minutes away Kensington Market. Walking distance to Freshco, Metro, City Market, Kensington Market, and China Town.

Relationship to the unit: Current tenant of the unit, searching for new roommate on behalf of landlord. Lease terms: month to month (long term preferred). First and last paid upfront, 60 days notice for leaving.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS for application: Proof of income, first and last. Roommates: Including yourself there will 3 other British roommates who work 9-5 and like to socialise in the evening as well frequenting the pub and events at the weekend! Being social is a huge aspect of the house as it is treated like a family so this is key – still respect each other’s space and wishes. Great house to live in and Landlord is very laidback and easy!

Other things to note: There is usually a foster cat every few months so must like cats!
