Black & White Dress/Top

I think if I was shorter, this would be more like a minidress, but on me it looks more like a long top (I'm 5'8). It covers my bum but I can't wear it like a dress. I think on someone shorter you could wear it as a dress. Also looks cute with leggings and boots. Check out my ISO. Size M/L.
