LOCATION: We are located a King and Dufferin - yes it is the best location in the city; you’ll be known as a Parkdale pal, a Liberty Village traveller, and a Queen Street West navigator!

LEASE TERMS: Room available May 1, 3-month minimum lease then month to month, tennant will sign a roommate agreement and pay rent to leaseholder.
